Can someone please clarify whether there is a "conflict of interest" concept in the Indian judicial system? How the hell is Abhira even allowed to represent the client, when there is a clear conflict of interest here?

This is similar to the Dadisa track

This is for that only, I guess abhira won't agree for out of court settlement. The accident doesn't seem to be a major one, toh 1 ya 2 din mein abhira chota mota insaaf dila degi apni client ko, which will make p nanu against her & then identity reveal along with blame on akshara.

So true! During that track, they made Abhira so illogical!! If it was your mum or your brother or sister, would you still go against them? You wouldn't. That's why the concept of conflict of interest exists because it's not possible to be impartial and have your client's best interest if the defendant is in any way related to you.

I am pretty certain that Manish will be disappointed with her and their relationship will be affected.

Ruhi won't be jailed. That guy is not dead, might be injured. Need to see what sort of insaaf abhira wants.

Her dialogue is actually true, if they go for out of court settlement, kal kisi aur ko uda sakti hain as the culprit will know he/she can get bail just by offering money.
