Honestly, I think that Adhya's suicide attempt theory or Adhya getting stuck in some problem could be true. Not just DukhLi but even ApMaAn have lived enough at least as leads. Before Adhya takes over as lead, she must do severe penance, live in guilt for questioning Maa and separating wannabe Laila Majnu. It may be moving towards full circle. Choti Anu who loved her mother became Adhya in her hatred and will revert back to first Choti Anu and thereafter will don the name "Anupamaa" as a mark of respect, as a remembrance of her sins, and as an honor bestowed at the holy feet of Maa. In her anger, they became two. By taking her name they will become one and whole. After that what will happen, I am not going to tell.

I had the same thought. Anuj stayed behind due to Adhya being sick. Should he not be left alone to tend to her needs/meds etc? What if she had some kind of relapse?

Baa-Bapuji are Vanraj & Shah family's responsibility and they should be informed first. Even Titu should get priority over Anuj.

And then when they get taunts of finding excuses to be in touch with each other they get offended, especially Devimaa.
