Without knowing the backstory of Madhav, I am not going to blame him for the mess Vidya is in as it has been shown umpteenth times that Madhav tried to move on with Vidya and even planned to go a date with her but Vidya always rejected his efforts while giving choicest of taunts.

He can be faulted for not being there for his son during his growing years but job of young police inspectors are tough and they do spend most of their waking hours on field duty (at least the honest ones do so.). And it’s been also shown that during his absence, Kaveri turned Arman against him.
So we have to take this also in consideration. Further, he always tried to drive some sense into Arman when the latter, under the influence of Kaveri was mistreating Abhira. But, as a FIL he could have taken then which he is taking now.

But what can’t be forgiven is not doing enough for Abhira when she was in PH and not revealing divorce truth and taking both Kaveri and Sanjay to the cleaners for their excesses.

exactly....we have to wait for the back story to c ki hua kya tha.....he has been shown trying to clear the differences. But again. dadi holds quite a tight rope on vidya and her soch....and madhav does not appreciate that at alll

Regarding his presence in kids growing up...again, looking at how evil and vile dadi can b...she may have it at her ego to punish madhav ....to i can even think ki she had created problems so that madhav does not play a role in his kids growing up years....dadi can do these manipulation...

Jo dadi madhav and vidya ke relation ke liye abhira se deal kar sakti hai..she can do anything...😂

regarding divorce reveal...I m waiting for it...mujhe lagta hai he will do it....But is holding on to it..shaadi cancel ho gayee...abhira has been totally on a bad shape.....to lets c kab hota hai..warna uska fayda kya tha laane ka....

I think huge tamasha hoga....and fufa will b called out....dadi ko to pata hi nahi hai...I m waiting for it...

may b fufa la license cancel ho....not sure yeh hota hai real mein ki nahi..😂...and so poddar firm may b down...as armaan ko to dadi is wishing ki woh cases lose kare...fufa may b out because of this divorce drama...to poddar firm ka to haal bura hoga...😂
