Honestly, I've never liked those "must watch" and that won't change.

Although I've to wait for OTT, there hadn't been a doubt for me to want to watch this movie - even before it released... the subject, Kartik's performance abilities and Kabir's directional prowess are what counts to me

The fact is that not every bollywood actor is good at playing biopics.

Why is it closing in on 2 weeks, and this movie's BO numbers are at only 50-55cr?

If advance booking is any indication looks like Kalki will open big. So these last few days are probably the last chance it has. As it is, the discrepancy in numbers between different outlets reporting (I’m guessing producers vs exhibitors) is around 5 crores now in total. But regardless, unless this was sold to distributors for around 35 crores it’s a flop.

For two whole weeks, a non-nepo audience is clearly demonstrating that this movie is not what they want to watch in the theaters.
