Yeah... makes sense if they say they cant get a divorce for a year. But cant use that as an excuse to 'stay together' / keep the leads together.

It goes against everything Blabber has said in the past. For her to bring Priyanka 'the dreaded ex-wife' of Virat who in her own words- 'left him heartbroken enough to lose trust in concept of marriage'.. and what other numerous crap she spewed.. such a person is brought back just to separate VA??!!

One impression I had was she didn't look divorced (for 3 years) or as old as I would've imagined. Also made me think Virat and her... how? [In a way she looked like a contestant in Splitsvilla (think that was among Arjit's first shows) but the requirement here is that of an itv show ex-wife or ex-bahu. or suits an ex gf not an ex wife.]

Not surprising then that I dont want redemption at all. Ideally the mela eps should've been the end of the relationship, but since they are the "destined" ones, it needed a separation for at least 6 months - with or without leap. He could've been shown regretting in a montage (the redemption) and her as settled in her new life... until they meet again.. again, just because they are the so called destined ones.

Exactly. I was expecting someone like Komolika but I guess I was expecting too much. 😃

The way they described the ex-wife - Virat's first love, gold digger, manipulative, scheming, somehow didn't make it into the intro. She could replace a furniture and I wouldn't even notice.

Well technically Virat never asked her to stay with him at Ahuja's place. He just proved that they were legally married and cannot get an annulment immediately. They have to remain married for a year. Even Amruta went back to Jahaan aunty's flat.

It was Dildaar uncle who convinced the Chitnis clan that Amruta staying at Ahuja will give her a better leverage to prove her innocence or become adarsh bahu (whatever!). So then she moved back after that Grihapravesh.

So not being divorced is not a reason to stay together.

I just hope ki jitna analysis or homework hum viewers kar rahe hain, uska 10% bhi agar writing team karegi they can get a better show.

The show stopped making sense 50 episodes ago. They have already damaged the lead pair. I am just interested to see how they are going to do damage control.
