Yunhi has decent enough views on YT. And she’s done a lot of hit movies. I would say she has as much pull as any other leading lady on PTV right now. Sajal is bringing similar numbers so is Ayeza on the bigger channels. Not far fetched at all

She should be given more credit.

Fahad has ground popularity. He hosts Jeeto Pakistan League every year in Ramadan for 11 years and EATS TRP of most other shows. Every year during Ramadan, Fahad's popularity #s go through the roof. This year on google search trends, Fahad was more popular than Bilal in the Ramadan month (when JPL was on air) even though IM mania was at its peak at that time. The same surge recurs every year. I think when KMKT goes on air and teasers click, we can see Fahad reclaim that popularity/interest surge he gets in Ramadan.

ZPKB is getting more #s than Yunhi and Sajal is bringing those #s for a social cause drama not a commercial drama. JeJ also has more than twice the views of Yunhi.

I’ll have to disagree that ZPKB is your typical social drama- it’s not. It’s a pretty complete, well made, non preachy drama, more so than Yunhi was. But numbers aren’t that far off. Same channel too right? JeJ also had HAA to factor in. Maya is an A lister too. I do think with a good script and better team than Yunhi, Maya can sustain audience interest. This one she will not be carrying alone but with 3 costars.

Also how many film stars does PTV even have? Maya is one of them. She’s worked with the lot. Her Teefa movie is on Netflix. Has her own brand. She’s certainly been bringing in audiences longer than her co stars in this and can do it this time too.

Plus fans of their pairing who watched JBG will follow the pair to this drama as well. The whole Mushq photoshoot was hashtag Somi. People do have an attachment to the pair which will bring audience as well. It’s a drama that received lots of critical success.

Hahaha lol I stopped watching after 2 episodes, literally the most boring show ever, no bgm, no emotions nothing. It only became a hit because a wife cheating on her husband was the storyline otherwise toh God only knows how it became the biggest trp getter.

Krqs writing is generally very boring i believe and thats why I'm really skeptical about smd, hope it's entertaining. Mein though had a bad storyline atleast it was entertaining and led to a lot of discussion here and on reddit, so fingers crossed smd is atleast watchable.

You can still watch Hamza in ZPKB. He's doing a pretty good job there.
