Could someone explain what is the Maine Pyar Kiya plot. Watched it so long back that I dont even remember. I just remember the songs specially the Mere Rang Mein.

After several days of just seeing clips and reading wu, I finally watched today’s episode and loved it.. garvita rocked today… pratz couldn’t have done justice to today’s scenes (ps. happy that she got a role in kmtmg, hope she improves her acting and nails the part)… they couldn’t have exactly recreated like last gen coz there it was more of a marriage of convenience, pl knew ml loved fl, so all the taadi was justified… and ml had a spine… here Ruhi since day 1 was madly in love with Ar and each and every of her actions were accepted and reciprocated by Ar… he isn’t a 2 year old kid who can be made to do whatever anyone wants.. And garvita truly nailed the desperation, trying her best to avoid her dreams getting broken…. “Tumhe wada todne ka guilt hai, apni sharafat ko pyaar se confuse kar rahe ho”.. the way story unfolded, a part of me will always wonder on this… is it all pity, had ab not confessed and been in front of him 24/7, had he not known about dadisa and ab deal,would he still feel the same feelings as he is now?… I am actually curious about how he is going to apologise tomorrow.. after secluded place hug, crying remembering their past in corner, agreeing to write shiv shakti, it would be interesting to see what he has to say…. “main tumse itna pyaar karungi ki woh pyaar hum dono ke liye kaafi hoga”.. I kind of loved this line, quite powerful… I loved Manish dialogue that he doesn’t deserve you… fact is both ab and Ruhi don’t deserve this pendulum gadha but kya Kare dono pagal hai iske piche… he is akshara of this season and will ruin people’s lives in his dumbness… “kaha hai Ab? Main hoon tumhare sath and humesha rahungi”, if anything happens to ab or she divorces him, this guy wouldn’t wait for a week before running behind Ruhi and asking her to marry just like akshara… liked the fact that Ruhi returned the engagement ring, she doesn’t have to guilt trip him, she just needs to detach herself, yeh confused soul khud koi kaand karke Ruhi ke piche bhagega…

the important question is...had ruhi not sabotaged abhira's confession...would he come till mandap with ruhi's ...the answer...ruhi knew it very well..he would NOT.....and so she did what she did....

Even when abhira had not confessed....or he did not know about the deal...did he say Ruhi that he was marrying her for love? NO...did Ruhi suggest...Lets wait....and when u have feelings for me, we will marry? NO...because she knew armaan has feelings for abhira...

So, what he would have done with Abhira, is secondary...HE WOULD NEVER HAVE MARRIED RUHI..if ruhi did not manipulate everyone...from stopping abhira's confession...to manipulating vidya and dadi for her wedding....

ya even I dont fully remember but I think it was something about rich boy poor girl trope and how poor girl ka dad makes him work hard to prove himself worthy of his daughter because the boys dad brings up the status difference between the families and that hits girls dad a lot. so he challenges that without family wealth support, he needs to earn money and show he is worthy of daughter

So boy does mazduri to earn a certain amount of money in stipulated time

and ig while he is doing all this girl supports him and they keep doing nayan matakka. Lol.

she fast tracked and manipulated Vidya into agreeing for shaadi without even informing Armaan that she was gonna discuss all this.

I dont know if Armaan would have agreed to proposal if she hadnt sabotaged it. but she certainly worried that he would. she had NO trust in his love, or feelings for her because deep down she always knew that whether he loved Abhira or not, he was not into her the way she wanted it. she thought if she gets rid of Abhira from his life, he would start seeing her the way she wanted but nahi hua. and she always feared that he was starting to fall in love with Abhira and that has also happened.

Thing is Armaan definitely did lead her on but she was also selectively seeing/hearing things the way she wanted

She is more to blame for this fiasco because she got enough warnings. she disregarded it all.

she tried to force love, force shaadi, force things to happen the way she liked but karma always comes to bite.
