Of course not, because if it was a justification it would also imply those of us who are also amused by this while admitting it of course was wrong, would have no right to complaint if tomorrow we got smacked by security.

The CRP lady didn't hit her in her capacity as security personnel. It was personal or so she claims. I wouldn't be surprised if I got hit when I've been dissing people as 200 RS ke liye aanewali auratein, especially when they've risked their lives to protest the policies of an autocratic govt. Is it ' right' ? Maybe not. But do I have it coming? You betcha.

bold: Yes, it seems so as a collegue told that she herself was handling Kangana and the other officer stormed out of another booth, went to Kangana and slapped her giving the reason we know. So, although being in Uniform she seems to have acted as a private person. Still, it was an assault in uniform while being on duty.
