If female stars get good films like Alia gets from kjo, they can also be " female superstars."

Without proper promotions, these numbers are good. The day when female stars like Kriti, Kiara, Sharvari, etc. get such good scripts, Alia's so called BO pull would be exposed!!

And who is Sharvari?

Sharvari is the female lead in the movie (granddaughter of the former Maharashtra Shiv Sena politician Manohar Joshi)

She got the FF debut award for her role in Bunty aur Bubli 2.

Sharvari already made a good impression in Kabir Khan's little webseries about the "Forgotten Army" (based on his own TV documentary and his directorial debut).

Also her screen presence got lauded in B&B2.

She certainly will belong to the new generation of good mainstream actresses.

I didn’t even know about this movie till all the talk on social media today about how well it’s doing. It certainly seems to have some impressive WOM.

Not a shocker exactly, people love horror movies here. Even a lame remake like shaitaan did over 130 crs.
