In yesterday's prediction game b/w Netherlands and Nepal, Pringle was declared the best bowler despite giving more runs than van Beek..

Its not van Beek's fault if the opponent got bowled out and he couldn't bowl his remaining 4 balls.

I feel economy rate should only come into play if no. of wickets and given runs between the 2 bowlers are same.. then whoever bowled more deliveries should be considered as the best bowler..
