He seemed very genuine even kannan got emotional at some point after hearing his side of story. When rajan narrates his story i felt that it was not genuine. As it looked very lame reason ke chair nahi diya. Sir bolne ko kaha. Etc.

But here his narrative looked believable. He also mentioned rohith and garvita ka mock shoot 4 din pehle hi hua tha. That means ye overnight shoot karna pada was fake. They planned it well in advanced.

Irrespective of this guy, itv needs unions and massive overhaul in labour laws. Working for 14-15 hours and not getting basic necessities like sleep is inhumane. Actors get overpaid, but these shoots also involve basic-wage technicians who do hard manual labour for 15-16 hours for peanuts.

With the worker having died on Imlie sets and his family being gagged with 60k or something, and numerous actors having reported abusive workplaces on sets of different PHs. It is very clear that these producers look out for each other and "humare yahan toh aisa hi hota hai" is standard line for them.
