Why can't they handle a story and leap is solution to everything now . Good old days jab esa kuch nhi hota tha was watching old scenes of Arshi and remembering my childhood 😢. How that show was amazing there was toxicity but ik had thi it was fun and entertaining. Arnav was a ass for a long time but the way he changed for his wife and how he treated her like a baby . All his sins were forgiven. Even when he was an ass he never let anyone disrespect his bv . That drama had fun ,romance, sadness, entertainment but sub ik level tha over dose nhi tha koi toxic villain nhi tha ... in one scene when khushi said I'm cool and my man said yes you are the coolest person i know

old shows leads were toxic but both fl and ml will have a spine and grow together as a great character. Now all shows are trying to impress social media audience so they are keeping them non toxic and in order to bring drama they focus more on third angle.
Old shows were focused on both ml and fl. Now a days for based on my observation for some reason social media viewers only watch tv from fl perspective. Which end up making writers to just to glofiy fl and paint everyone around her as some evil people so that they can get more hype. Which is ruining itv to be honest. As makers are taking this as advantage for eg maa started with good plot. They got anuj he was a good man and maa moving on from vanraj made sense but maa never cared about anuj. Then they adopted a child. Child was sweet but maa never raised her as her own she always prioritized her kids over CA. Now they have CA into evil child. Just to glorify maa. They made anuj to get engaged to other women to make ppl sympathize on maa. They will keep on bringing new man in her life and show her doing moving on.
Old ITV used to make FL strong and independent post leap. New ITV makes women weak with every leap.
Difference between old itv and new itv.
1. Ml and fl were toxic but story would be only focused on them and no one else. Story will be focused on everyone else other than fl and ml.
2. Each leap brings freshness in the show. Before leap fl will not have a career. Post leap her kids will remind her that she should earn for them. She works harder and proves that she needs no one. New ITV fl meets a new man that man will be given credit for raising the child. Which just shows a women can not raise her child. Like in TMD.
3. Old ITv was about ml realizing his mistakes repenting over it. New ITV ml just considered as inhumane person post leap and they make fl to paint them as red flag like tmd.
I prefer stories which are lead centric and lead characters making mistake and learning from it over this new ITv which just shows women as weak and has no existence of her own without a man.
I am liking this show now. It's much better than all itv shows. It shows struggle of a women who is raising her sisters child as her own.
