The cheering and laughter reinforces behaviours like this. Where TF is the how can she slap reactions when all the men jumped in and smacked the dude? Can’t do it when the perpetrator is someone fAmOuS or RiCh?

I reckon the girl laughed out of embarrassment and likely shock from the unexpected push. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that it was her initial reaction due to the shock factor. But why is the girl next to her laughing? Punch her too, punch everyone.

I don't mean to offend, but casual sexism and misogyny are pretty common in Tollywood movies. Maybe it's a cultural thing. Hopefully, they'll evolve over time, like Bollywood has.

Looks like an influential bigwig, otherwise the people cheering and the victim herself laughing at such disgraceful act is something totally unfathomable...

If this is the norm in Tollywood, it has a long way to go to even get close to Bollywood's so called “progressive” standards … which isn't saying much. No wonder they, despite their huge talent and resources with graphics and vfx budgets, remain stuck like a frog in a pond.
