To be fair lately in the last couple of episodes he has given some signs that he is getting annoyed at the insults that his fam is shelling out to her and tried to open his mouth 1 mm when Dadi/Ruhi were troubling Ab. He asked Ab why she took up the job whether she loves getting insulted. Then when they were Dadi asked her to help Ruhi with outfit trial, he tried to open his mouth and also expressed his displeasure at Ruhi after the tie choking incident. So they have very slowly started giving him some actions other than giving complete confused look. No way I am saying that he can be considered good after this rescue though.

If he had an ounce of genuine respect and care for Abhira, he wouldn't have let her mother, the woman who gave her life to save him, get sl*tshamed. He wouldn't have thrown Abhira under the bus and let his DadiSa and stepmom abuse the poor girl every day. So no, his so-called hero act means nothing to me. He can give bhashan and take action against soft targets like outsiders and Sanjay, but would never open his mouth against the actual abusers, his respected DadiSa, MaaSa and bhabhisa. The day he does that, I would say there's some actual change in him.

what ever he has done, koi bhi karta....ruhi itna tang karti hai abhira ko...abhira also saved her from the gundas......

to he did nothing much......when the gundas here are his friends and his family....
