To be fair lately in the last couple of episodes he has given some signs that he is getting annoyed at the insults that his fam is shelling out to her and tried to open his mouth 1 mm when Dadi/Ruhi were troubling Ab. He asked Ab why she took up the job whether she loves getting insulted. Then when they were Dadi asked her to help Ruhi with outfit trial, he tried to open his mouth and also expressed his displeasure at Ruhi after the tie choking incident. So they have very slowly started giving him some actions other than giving complete confused look. No way I am saying that he can be considered good after this rescue though.
