Yes he started off late with promotion. I think somehow this AK/Salman sheikh entry was a blessing in disguise - Krushal started promotions since that guy started posting his Jhanak videos

Krushal recently started appearing in some TV celebrities ranking, RuNak as a jodi entered top 10, now in 6th position.

May be its just a matter of time, its just his 2nd show on Hindi.
