There's also another Digvijay over there with the same traits - power hungry, wants to inherit the business. The father of those two daughters is another Prem but the only differentiating factor is that he's not blood related to the family. His wife is again Bhoomi 2.0, she's confident, badass and guides her husband.

Also not to forget, the head of the family is just like Shobhna. Wants to throw out Prem 2.0 and Bhoomi 2.0.

As far as I can predict Abhishek's ckt will be like Neil's

Bahot Kam fark hai dono me. I don't like seeing shows having so many similarities. It's like watching sasta copy of the OG show even if the other show is better than the OG one

Shobhna 2.0's hatred and Digvijay 2.0's power hunger is the reason why they plotted to kill Bhoomi 2.0 in that accident, so that Prem 2.0 remains like a servant and doesn't inherit the business

Whatecer , not interested in copycat shows with simillar character archetypes....compared to this KRJKAH was miles better....they did something OG (however outdated and less subtle it was , atleast they tried something other than sticking to the usual formulaic shows)

it feels like watching the same ckt with different actors. also you are constantly disappointed cuz all you remember after watching them is similarities b/w them and the og show

I felt that both the marriages were unhappy marriages even before the infidelity.... though Abhishek and priety were not perfect and had their flaws..but that doesn't justify cheating at all..& I believe movie also didn't try to conceal the toxic, harmful & broken(literally as well Dev with broken leg & Maya broken womb)character of Maya and Dev..they were the losers in the marriageThey’re the cowards, the ones with the hang-ups, the ones who’d rather wallow and seethe inside than take a step to set things right outside. Where as Rishi and Rhea were more positive & accepting of life .here Abhishek & priety's characters were strong enough to leave their cheating spouses.., move on & managed to form amicable relationship with their ex...they did not forgive them in the name of marriage and didn't allow them to their life...

Here as Dev and Maya were protagonist..so the trauma of Rishi and Rhea(, Abhishek & priety) were not shown properly...The trauma after knowing partner's infidelity makes a great impact that one fears to believe in relationships love & marriage furthermore its difficult to forget cheating & betrayal...

So one thing I like that it was Rishi & Rhea who first found their happiness...& Peace, Moved on and then it was time for those cheaters to reunite...

You know i just thought of a funny thing while reading this

If this movie was intended to be a dark comedy or something then the non cheaters would've had affair with each other after seeing their spouses cheating on them

Maja ata....this movie was dark but comedy ke Naam pe we had mr Amitabh Bachchan playing a character called sexy sam..playing father of Abhishek Bachchan here...who after her wife's death is now teasing and flirting with every woman beech beech mein...

Though he also was the conscience of the movie. .
