I don’t like this plot but I think makers might go this way.

So Ruhi told V that Armaan n her were in love. N for V Armaan sacrificed for Rohit that is why she was persuing him for marriage- so he can be w Ruhi, one he loves.

If his feelings have changed- he must have spoken up to V, Instead he repeated same mistake again, stay silent and agreed. Now he told Ruhi, Upon confrontation from her, that he doesn’t love but he has respect trust and friendship w her n they will be happy.
WHY WILL RUHI SAY NO? Ofcourse she will marry him n think she can rekindle their ‘love’.

This is how arrange marriages start. W respect, then friendship n trust n they go on too.

Vidyas inttention could be good but she behaved in an immature way. She was thinking by agreeing to wedding she is returning him the happiness that he had sacrificed but she chose to ignore the camaraderie that Ab and Ar shared in the last 10 months. The whole fam had seen how Ar used to take care of Ab and Manisha and Vidya used to nazar utao of them. Though it was Ar who threw the divorce papers to Ab but after the court hearing she also saw how mad he had gotten because of Ab’s statement. Agree. I think Sam Shukla's voice artist career also helps her in modulating her voice.
