Having said this, this is ruhi's karma 1 hitting her. She did the same with rohit, dragged him into a loveless marriage only difference rohit was unaware of her intentions, here armaan made it clear.

Along with this I would like to add, no need to take armaan's words seriously & he will fulfill every duty of a husband, but with a sada hua face. Or it could be his doubt that he can't keep ruhi happy so bailing himself out warning about marriage only for family, so that in future she can't accuse him. Ruhi will say I will support you through thick & thin, and armaan will get over his guilt for abhira (if he has any) & will be okay with ruhi in few days, or ruhi will share this with manish & he will get promise from dadisa so ruhi will be always safe
