Is Ani engaged to Arshi? Although engagement is considered a commitment, it doesn't mean the other person is officially and legally yours until the marriage takes place.

Apart from the societal pressure and Ani's family's fondness for Arshi, there's nothing special in that. It so normal nowadays for people to get rid of this. Being her sister's fiance doesn't meant that he's her husband and can't find any other partner of his liking.

Legality of any relationship has more precedence over anything! Jhanak and Anirudh both are legally bonded and now in love too ❤️

In real life, also engaged people have married someone else because being engaged to someone without any love, trust, or respect is not a good sign to proceed further with a legal marriage.

I don’t know if it’s a major issue or minor, but Runak haven’t registered their marriage yet. To the society they aren’t really married excluding to the Kashmir people who were witnesses at their wedding. Srishti and the gang might play this card against them. Who knows if it’s even this vital. So I am just assuming.

It has never been shown and discussed in any of the episodes. I think they're just verbally committed.

Registration tab hngi tb shadi ko acknowledged krengy. I'm still unsure whether breaking red and white bangles in the Bengali community signifies the dissolution of a marriage. If this is not the case, then it would be unlawful for both individuals to remarry according to the religious regulations they adhere to..

Again, it's ITV, but they shouldn't make fun of such a sacred relationship like this. Last time, the makers were letting Jhanak get married without getting legally separated from Ani. This is totally unacceptable to watch!
