What Arshi did today felt so right from her POV and yet not so right. It was natural for Arshi for creating scene and calling out Ani (more than Jhanak) for what he is doing.
Jhanak realized first, that she has fallen in love with Ani, still she has been very clear about the right things to do. Yes, her heart craved for Ani's attention, care, but she always tried her best to push Ani away and in direction of Arshi. Ani has not yet realized that he has fallen in love with Jhanak. Hence, whatever he is doing, in his mind, it is out of empathy, care, responsibility of Jhanak. Hence, he is never apologetic for his behavior. According to him, he is being pushed for doing things secretely as others are questioning a simple gesture as caring for another human being.
Ani is battling at so many lavels: How years of committed relationship he called love can be no love suddenly? He has committed to a person and how he can backtrack from the committment? The person he feels deeply attached to, easily pushes him away so definitely she is not reciprocating his deep feelings and probably that person is in love with someone else.
One person that I struggle to understand is Arshi. She definitely is not a great human being but she she is not a vamp either. She is loving within her limits towards most of the people. On other side, she is jealous of Jhanak, is super class conscious. She claims that she loves Ani but easily prioritizes career over him (Ani after injury, she still continued with her work committments). However, she does not want to leave Ani either. Why? I feel, Ani has been easy to control, non-demanding partner, whom she could take for granted. It is this new Ani, who started drawing boundaries, taking his own decisions that is bothering her. She feels that once Jhanak will go away, she will get back that pet like Ani back. In that hope, she keeps coming back to Ani. Otherwise, where she would get a partner, as Ani who dances on her tunes?
Creating scene did not feel right because, in reality, Arshi broke all the emotional bonds, softness that Ani had for her with her actions. From today, she will have Ani, the physical body but not the heart inside it. So, she lost the game, to Jhanak already without realizing it.
