It is fashionable to wear heeled boots nowadays for men. Arjun, who is already 6 foot, wore heeled shoes on kwk. karan johar wears them and he is already quite tall. Even recently rk has worn boots with a bit of a higher heel. Varun also wears them. A lot of men’s boots nowadays have a higher heel.

So Ranveer seems to be wearing them mainly for fashion, and if it gives him that added height then I don’t see any issue in that, so many women wear heels to look taller, but nobody accuses them of being insecure, I am quite short in height and I do wear heels for both reasons, because they look nice and they make me look taller.

No one is perfect.....If people try to overcome their shortcomings without harming others.....what is the issue...

It is a known fact that looking good boosts self confidence.....so people do what they have to do.....I see nothing wrong........and being actors they are always insecure about their looks....not only Ranveer but all the actors......even those who win beauty pageants.....its natural.

Having a shorter height is not a shortcoming, I am short and I would never describe it as a shortcoming, neither am I insecure about it. I wear heels on certain occasions because I personally like the way I look in heels, having a taller height suits some of the outfits I have, but there are also outfits that look better when I am wearing flats.

I have dark brown hair but sometimes I dye it a lighter colour, not becuase I see dark hair as a shortcoming, but because I like the way I look in a different hair colour. I wear coloured lens sometimes for the same reason.

If ranveer was really insecure about his height then he would wear heeled shoes all the time, but he doesn't, only on certain events and with certain outfits he wears such shoes, and tbh it does suit the outfits he wears

And taller actors are wearing heeled shoes aswell, arjun is 6 foot, he doesn't need to wear them, but he did, so its now a fashion statement

Heels can be worn as a fashion statement too
