Hema's parents tried to get her married to jeetendra which was stopped by Dharmendra n shobha. But after hema's father died of heart attack dharmendra supported her family n mother couldn't do anything as her daughter was hopeless in love.

In an interview reportedly given to Stardust in 1981, Prakash Kaur had said in defense of Dharmendra, "Why only my husband, any man would want have preferred Hema to me. How dare anyone call my husband a womanizer when half the industry is doing the same thing? All heroes are having affairs and getting married a second time... Women in those days were spineless for their husband n lover- Jaya n Rekha, hema n prakash etc, zeenat supported her beater husband when he was in hospital, Praveen babi was assaulted by her lovers n dilip kumar left saira for another woman for child n returned back n she happily welcomed him, rajkapoor had affairs with many, Salim khan had love marriage with first wife who changed religion n name for him still he married to helen.

There r many such cases. It was normal in those days.

Speaking in sridevi she was rumored which I learnt here through gossips because tbh I wasn’t into old gossips that prior to the 2000’s. To begin I wasn’t born in that time period and in 90s was a kid to understand or care 😂. Anyways getting to sridevi I heard she was with mithun in some relationship who was married and then later she married the man she called her brother who was married now that’s low in my opinion.

Doesn't excuse any of them...they were all wrong...

I am just speechless at Prakash Kaur defending Dharmendra and Hema....I understand that she didn't want to lose him as he is also her kids' Dad.....but still nothing excuses these two douchebags.....and definitely no woman of today should be giving an excuse for them....
