All previous seasons of rishta has rich fl family.

This time they had to follow ghum plot that's why to make fl live with single parent and not knowing anyone else apart from her mother this happened.

In ghum too chavans were rich and influential family but in S2 they lived in Village and were penniless so that evil family of ml can be uplifted.

Maybe in minority but did not like the episode.

I never liked grownup Ruhi (younger one was so cute and loveable) and now don't like Armaan as well. But even Abhira who is likable in general was annoying. I don't understand this revenge business - it is said that the best revenge is a life well lived. I would have appreciated her a lot more had she stuck to her business and ignored everyone else, concentrated on doing her own thing well.

People are telling her directly - you are no one to us. Yet she has to show her big heart and affection for them by meddling in their business? Why or how is Madhav Vidya relationship her business? They are 2 grown ups who have stayed and suffered in a namesake relationship for so long - shouldn't they own the decision of its future? Armaan was super insulting and very insensitive - yet she considers herself his wife? All relationships are reciprocal - if Armaan doesn't consider his wife, she should not consider herself one and get the hell out of his room or ask him to get out instead of trying to show down Ruhi. Coolness, swag can be shown not only in big grand dialogues, it should be in how u live life.

And her age is no excuse. I left my family and the country to study at her age - millions across the world do that. Sometimes families are rich to finance that, many times they are not. Young adults round the world learn to survive in completely new culture while working parttime to finance (partially) their education. I was attracted to this show due to Abhinav Abhir bond as it strongly resonated with me due to my own personal experiences but am so done with this stupidity now.
