If Manisha can play mother roles, why can't Bahurani/Madhuri do it to?

They are pretty much in the same age group. Bahurani can play mother roles if she wants to come back to Bollywood. Madhuri can to.

Manisha doesn't mind playing mom to Aditi in Heera Maandi.

That shows she is a team player.

She played her age in Fame game and Maja ma with grown up kids.

We should be asking why Shahrukh, Salman, Akshay don’t play father roles (unless it’s a double role, when they are same age as Juhi, Manisha, Madhuri. Why ask the other women?

Aishwarya, Madhuri know well about their age. They are now old woman in their 50's.

Generally being 40 till 50 considered middle aged women. Above 50 till 60 is called old women. Above 60 is called extension of normal life. 60+ people play grand mother type roles.

So, Aishwarya & Madhuri should definitely play mother roles of teenagers and grown ups now only if the role is important to the plot.

Generally male actors can play hero type roles till 58 to 60. But females get old quickly and a 50 plus lady is ideally suitable to pair with a 60 plus man.

That is why what is 60 for male actors is 50 for female actors. And everybody should accept it.
