Hi NP! How are you? Musafir hoon is a beautiful song. And you sang the song well. Old Hindi songs suit your voice.
Hi Shirsha... I'm fine. How r u 😊

This was the first different song (from my regular style) that I had tried thanks to a friend's suggestion. Since then I have always loved trying different style. Hope you guys enjoy it too and also get shocked to hear this in my voice.
Song: Doobey (Gehraiyan)
Singer: Lothika
Music: OAFF, Savera
Lyrics: Kausar Munir
Can't tag KJasoos..
Wow one of ur best performances...🙏 Really suited your voice 🙏 i could imagine a picture of an angry young woman singing 😛 A real departure from your usual tone 👏👏
Puri mehfil hi jamm gayi, good to see so much activity
(I'm happier being audience now, mine sound so off-tune compared to these 🫣🤭)
Welcome to the thread @Grey-licious, @DreamOfEndless and @Shirsha, you have such incredible voices and such a wonderful range, you have gratified this thread with your phenomenal singing
Amazing covers shared, my old folks, you are so super duper talented, and the diversity of songs you are able to pull off effortlessly is absolutely commendable @Charu21 @NathuPaapi @SpideyWeb
What a divine & sweet voice you have, @LizzieBennet, why did you not share earlier? Lovely songs
I must admit I am listening to a lot of these songs for the first time in my life, so yours is the first rendition I've heard even before the OG (and all of you truly do justice to it, a lot of these are truly hard to sing )
Kudos on the stellar talent we have on this forum, god bless
Please keep sharing, I'll continue to spam you with my likes

Thank you! Good to have you back!
As for why I didn’t share - a bit of apprehension, a bit of shyness, a bit of ignorance (I’d never recorded my voice online before), a bit of feeling that I’m not good enough?
@smallfont: Why won’t you share anymore? The very first page of this thread says we’re not going to compare. You shouldn’t either. We’re all different and unique, if we weren’t it would just be boring. Please continue to share your songs.
Hey Hinna, finally tried and recorded the song (only because you requested❣️)
I actually have extended family over, there is hardly any quiet around me. When I finally got some ‘me-time’ I realised this song is way out of my league, because my classical music base is not strong at all.
Please bear with me and listen at your own risk 🙈

P.S. I followed lyrics from the male version and took inspiration from the female version
Hey Tanu, glad to have you back
Thank you for such sweet words! But you must join the mehfil too. Please share your voice and songs whenever you feel comfortable
OMG! T! This was so so good! I love the little harkats you added (yes I noticed!) , the slight variations when you repeated a line (raat- din), and overall the way the whole thing flowed in your sweet voice! Lovely!Originally posted by: DreamOfEndless

Please don't become just an audience 🙏

Most of us here are not trained singers and we sing because it makes us and others happy. And believe me what u sing does make us happy. So please join this mehfil and give us your songs too

This was such a pleasant surprise.
The moment u said tomar when u started the song I knew this girl can sing
Yes it's a very difficult song but u were very good in it. I'm pretty sure you do sing, even if just for yourself.
Would love to hear more songs from you. 😊
Can I request any Lata Mangeshkar song that's your favourite?
Calling all vocalists and musicians!! Listening to music nourishes your soul - sure - but singing a song, feeling the lyrics and the emotions...
Hey music buffs! Do you often wake up with a song/ piece of music in your head that seems hard to shake off and keeps playing in your head like...
