That's a normal human , not an astrologer to know where he will be working in 10 years.

We can never know surely. If there are any other issues, thats a seperate problem.

But if the girl says the same thing his reaction will be different. That she has an offer from two different cities and after marriage she might move to any of them.

I understand that you would like to have a clear picture of your future relative to the living place (which is legitime). So, I hope you told him y o u r preference.

At least, the guy gave you an honest answer, so you can decide if you could live with this uncertainty.
