I am sitting here very depressed today and am helpless. My boss told me my employment ended today because they are small and an inefficient company.

It was my first three months, I hardly had any training.
The people were nice but showed their true colors later.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this sadness, fear and uncertainty that losing a job brings with it.

that being said remember you are not alone in this situation, and you will bounce back and get another job.

Once you are mentally ready, with belief in the almighty and full confidence in your qualifications and skill set Start your job search with a fresh mind and take it as a full time job.

Without criticizing your previous employer but if asked say the company management decided to downsize and so people were let go

Do Contact your references, so that you have their contact info ready when asked. Talking to a career coach and contacting Recruiters in your field of work may also help.

Don’t worry. Think of it on the positive side, being in an inefficient company probably wouldn’t have helped u in the long run anyway in terms of career development and job satisfaction.

Take this as an indication that something much better is in store for u. Keep trying and things will get better …👍🏼😊

These sorts of things happen ….i had relatives who were abruptly laid off and are today working at top tier companys in great positions …
As much as it feels like it’s the end of the world, it really isn’t …..stay positive it will work out 👍🏼
