Nai he is open to feedback on things that are within his control. His acting, his vlogs etc but show main changes etc he has no say over it. That is why he reacted straight face to the styling wala question in his ask me.
Even in the first show, usko bahut tag karte the fans if there was some issue toh he got fed up lol.
Wasn't sure whether it was 'Yaadein' material or not, but for sure, wasn't 'AT' material as we established, earlier in the day.. 😂😂

People watch ITV for engaging episodes and not good content as that is missing on ITV. Somewhat good content was there in Imlie till Agastya was there. Its a problem when the entire show is regressive. People will forget when one or two episodes are regressive whether its Anupama or its Imlie. But I will not believe that regressive content has not been shown in Imlie 3. The recent slap and beating made Imlie 3 enter that club as well.
Agar khudke show regressive hain to dusre ke shows ko kya bole hum? Whatever sequence was shown in that show was regressive not a single doubt about that. But a single episode cannot give an entire opinion of the show. Isiliye I am still watching Imlie 3 despite the regressive content they showed recently and despite hating the FL character. ( haan yahan reason alag hain as I wouldn't have watched Jhanak if it reached the same disinteresting level as Imlie)
See the thing is that there was a real solid reason for the abuse. It was a matter of death of someone she loved with her whole being. In Imlie ka head, he was the villian of her life in that scene. As far as the slap goes, that was totally uncalled for. Like you, I am annoyed with the lack of a sincere unconditional apology from Imlie. This is not the Imlie we knew who would never hesitate to apologize.
There may be people who watch engaging drama but the fact remains that people love regressive shit. Warna there would be engaging dramas with positive stories that would work. I am all for drama but not at the cost of a woman’s self respect. All ITV shows now is a dilly dally male lead on the verge of committing adultery, sister’s ruining their families and siblings for their own selfish needs, multiple marriages/secret marriages or affairs in the name of drama. Most of the wrong doings don’t have follow up consequences. This is something I would not enjoy watching kitna bhi engaging drama ho.
How much ever we feel otherwise, there needs to be some sort of responsibility cast by the censor boards on top GECs to show responsible content. TV shows does have the power to influence the audience. Max audience that watches TV shows are the middle class and lower middle class who could do with some progressive mindset changes. Which is why I dont mind these preachy tracks (though i get bored coz I am not the target audience for those). Imagine having the power to bring a positive change in society but actually misusing it to make things worse.
The thing is misogynistic and regressive tracks get trp so all other shows follow with the same kind of toxic stories. In Imlie there are certain plots where these things are shown but still it is not as bad.
There can never be any justification for showing the female lead touch her face to the male leads legs. Touching feet of someone you are married to (in a happy marriage) can still be fine as long as done out of free will.

But honestly, kya hi objectivation kiya hai Imlie show me.. objectivation wo tha jo first show me tha...out and out.. 
While watching that, even I used to feel bad for him..
Karan Wahi ka ek interview tha, where he said.. Movies me heroine has to expose, and they maintain their bodies.. and ITV me, heroes have to expose.. isliye hum logon ko mehnat karni padti hai.. Quite sad but true..
