Yeah, I was hoping he gets his hair trimmed on Eid ku chutti. Ye overgrown hair and floral shirts leke Ghum mein jayega toh kaise lagega

I'm done with abuse man. Same rage I felt when Tayi slapped Imlie. Totally uncalled for.

I'm not at all trying to defend the slap.. Coz physically hurting someone is never a way to release your anger or frustration or whatever.

But I cannot completely sideline imlie's feelings here though. Yes, we're hurt but more because we're seeing things from both of their POVs & we know how much of a gentleman Surya is. But imlie.. She recently discovered his good side, contrasting with the initial days when she saw his worst. Despite being her husband, he still feels like a stranger to her. It's like Agastya and Imlie's story, where Agastya struggled to figure out the real Imlie. Similarly, Imlie will find herself unsure about which side of Surya is genuine because of the misunderstandings Malti & Nirmala will create. Naturally, she will be distressed to think that Surya might be romantically involved with her. The same Surya who's somewhere responsible for Agastya's death. But yes, that slap was not needed. I didn't like it at all.
