I also like the stuck idea..i wish there are a couple of episodes in HK where KA get stuck somewhere like an elevator or a shop or something.... then if she gets pain he has to come closer and take care of her... then they will realise they should be together forever
In a way she got stuck crossing the road and kavya was there for her - so the idea is there - lets hope we see some more.
