Not screaming seems like a plot hole, infact if we go by practical logic, arohi shouldn’t even die, she didn't seem to bang her her head hard, she should have been able to be saved. Running wouldn’t have worked coz a human doesn’t run faster than car. She didn’t purposely accelerated the car, there was something wrong already and she was trying control it, in moment of panic its not so easy to control a uncontrollable car. Ruhi starting car caused all these even if you don't wanna agree.

If you have to blame when its an accident then you have to blame either the one who started it or the one thats responsible for the kid which is her parents, not someone who tried to stop it. 35 year old didn’t start it, she tried to stop it and failed. You don't become automatically responsible for something you try to stop when it was started by someone else just coz you didn’t succeed stopping it.

There's high chance the car will self accelerate and you can't run faster than car.

I know her head hit rock but it didn’t seem like hard hit, in real life at most you would get critical medical issue but dying is less likely for such hit.

Ruhi did have Goenkas. She did get their love and a good upbringing eventually. She was also easily accepted by Poddars too. She got a loving husband but she was cheating on him. But she never looks at what she did get in life. She only cries over what she does not have. Thats the difference between her and Abhira.

As far as I read Abhir and Abhimanyu dying has nothing to do with Akshara. They died in accident.

But Ruhi is 100 % gonna project her hate and anger on Abhira. Akshara is dead now. But Abhira will suffer due to Ruhi irrationally projecting hate. She's already irrationally targeting Abhira for what Armaan did to her. Armaan not taking a stand for Ruhi, not marrying Ruhi and telling Ruhi he cant see her that way is NOT Abhiras fault. But Ruhi is petty enough to project her issues on Abhira. And she'll do the same when Akshara-Abhira revelation happens too. In all this Abhira did no wrong. Infact Abhira has always wanted good things for Ruhi but can't say the same for Ruhi. Ruhi only showed insaaniyat when Abhira was kidnapped and even there she had to first fight an internal battle to do the right thing. Its not automatic to do the right thing even in life-death situation. So she's clearly a self centered person who is extremely entitled.

This same will go more insane when she knows about ak death. We can clearly see her mental state is not correct.

Deliberately murdering or accidentally killing both leads to a loss of life… I agree the degree of punishment varies if done accidentally but still the family of the lost soul has every right to hate the person involved…

PS I am not understanding how is everyone repeatedly stating Ruhi will project her hatred to Abhira… how can you all be so sure she will hate Abhira… Ruhi just hates Akshara for all that has happened in her life…. If she wanted she could also hate her poppy for leaving her and even abhir… but when she got to know about him she was happy and excited to meet him… Ruhi isn’t dumb to target her hate to Akshara’s daughter…. Ruhi hates her maasi and she has reasons for it… the only dislike she has with Abhira is regarding the Armaan angle and she won’t hate her for being Akshara’s daughter….

I think more than hate it's her mental trauma and that incident comes in her mind and she has not been healed from that.
