She should have participated in MasterChef India but tbh, even the level there is very high. Contestants make very innovative dishes. (pasting a paneer patty and capsicum rings in a lettuce aka keto burger is not innovation)

For AnupaMaid, the bhesht opportunity would be to participate in some local cooking competition by some association/club and appearing on Rasoi Show (famous Gujarati cooking channel)
