Dayam, watching this again that was quite a low blow from Ani. I know Jhanak keeps pushing him away but that's only because of Ani's family and the guilt she feels for Arshi. But Ani saying that he will be overjoyed when she gets married and leaves really broke her heart . She just slumped backwards in shock..:( She was used his family wishing her gone but this is the first time Ani insinuated that. He's always wanted to keep her in the house but now his words suggest he wants her gone ..

They both are such idiots for behaving this way and breaking our hearts too !

I know right, both are such dolts...

I wish we had more definitive scenes where we can conclude that Jhanak is also fighting her growing feelings... it has only been clear for Ani at this point. As someone else said in the EDT thread, we mostly end up speculating things for Jhanak's POV. Today is the first time I have seen her visibly be shaken by Ani's words that indicate it affects her too...

I agree , this conversation shows that she yearns to be acknowledged by Ani and what he thinks about her matters immensely. The way she said, aap kabhi pyaar se baat nahi kar sakte na, or her complaining about him insulting her.

I LOVE angst when it's done well. Unfortunately in Jhanak it's not there yet - neither has realised their feelings for one another and are dancing around "zimmedari" and "haq" - we have been at this for months now.

I don't want RuNak to get together so soon, but up the ante in GOOD ANGST na?!

Like Ani slowly realising he loves Jhanak and struggling with his morality about being engaged to Arshi and trying to break it off - Jhanak realising her feelings for sir ji has transcended beyond just being thankful for him and struggling with how that impacts their equation.

For god's sake,.writers, please rise beyond the same dialogues we have been hearing for months now! This couple have so much potential so serve angst bhar Bhar ke besides having insane chemistry and the writers are utilising neither of these!
