@Bold - I do agree with your perspective to an extent. Ruhi and Armaan don't owe Abhira the truth about their "relationship". But my problem with them arises when Ruhi thinks that its okay kinda barge into Abhira's space with Armaan and question everything they do, or rather, Abhira does. And Armaan lets Ruhi do it, and in a way, he's enabling her.
Abhira is with Armaan based on her mother's trust, and by extension, her own. So she owns Armaan an explanation of her actions, and vice versa, since they are married. However, Ruhi is in no way qualified to question Armaan and Abhira's relationship - be it real or fake, because she doesn't belong to the picture. That's the major bone of contention.
Armaan - Ruhi's past has nothing to do with Abhira. Like you said, Rohit is their victim, that's it. But if Ruhi makes it a point to keep poking her nose into Armaan's life with Abhira, it kinda gets frustrating.
Again, like you said, Armaan and Ruhi don't have to come clean about their past, as long as they don't create issues in Abhira's life because of that. But clearly, that's not happening.
I do agree Ruhi crosses lines and I don't even want her to go behind Armaan and start focusing on her career like her mom.
If Ruhi is assuming things, Armaan is not stopping her either. He has called her best friend and promised to love her until eternity and also shared the secret of the deal of marriage. So Ruhi knows everything about them. So he has given her a free pass.
From Ruhi's perspective, Abhira is in a deal marriage and she has asked Armaan in front of Ruhi to go back to his ex once the deal marriage is closed so she has a assurance from Abhira that she has no feelings for Armaan. Indirectly Abhira too gave her a free pass.
Ruhi is his would-be wife as per the promo. She wants to be Ruhi Armaan Poddar. As a would-be wife, she has every right to question Abhira. Just that Abhira does not know from which authority she is asking questions but as viewers we know. She only thinks Ruhi is his friend.
From Abhira's and Abhimaan's fan's perspectives, it may look like she is disturbing the lead couple as she is the haddi in the kabab. But from my perspective, she is watching over her would-be husband and protecting him from Abhira. Abhira behaves a bit childish sometimes and can get physical too. As per Ruhi, Abhira is not even part of the equation as she considers her as non-existent as she will leave in a year. Since Ruhi knows she will be his future wife she can not control herself when she sees Armaan overworking, or in pain or romancing some other girl. As long as Armaan and Abhira keep on giving her false hope she will behave like this as in the end she believes what they say.
Here too I partially blame Abhira as she knows Ruhi is Chitwali girl's friend so irrespective of who it is she is making a woman wait for her husband by constantly assuring her that he will be yours. If it was not Ruhi then Chitwali gf would have waited and started dreaming about Armaan and her happy life.
Armaan is majorly responsible as he knows he can not marry her in the future too. He should drawn a line and asked her to not to dream as he is never going to stand against his family. Instead of he rejects Manav who is Ruhi's prospective, gives her a promise that he will love her till eternity, discloses about deal marriage to keep her with himself, and never bothers about his bro's married life when he assures Ruhi he will love her until eternity. which is very very wrong. As he is playing with Ruhi's feelings and feeding her delusions.
In the end, the main reason for the messed up life of both the girls is ARMAAN PODDAR. He is romancing with Abhira too without maintaining any distance and he is assuring Ruhi too that he will love her until eternity.
