I think Juggin Kazim won it for being a morning show host. She has been doing it forever. She did not win it for her acting. Those medals are for your overall contribution.

On a side note, Juggin looked incredible in the following MV and she became all the rage back then

nah this is definitely about Sajal for most people. Most of these people probably couldn’t tell you who won these awards last year when the same government was in power . Same happened with Mehwish , people only start caring and questioning certain institutions when someone they don’t like wins .

Them getting the award at the same time doesn’t mean others award doesn’t mean much . Sajal has been working since 2009, has done films, dramas, worked in other industries. She’s basically a veteran at this point . She’s just really young so people think it’s too soon

Saba got this award in 2012. She was Sajal's age or younger at that time and had been in the industry for less time than Sajal. By your logic, Saba getting the award in 2012 was also not legit. Sami Khan too got the award in 2012. He was 31 then and had been in the industry for 7 years only. Does that mean his award wasn't legit too? Atif Aslam got it in 2008. Only Doorie his first album had released by then. If being too young is the issue then let's call out everyone who got that award when they were still "too young" instead of calling out selective people only.

So I did some digging and got to know juggun kazim got it for hosting and she has some record for hosting and she works for PTV which I guess is the government channel. She won for her hosting skills and not acting. So then that's fine.
