Even if you give her a Mike she will only get the courage to challenge only when her mom is insulted. Otherwise I don't see that spark in her. I hope she retains her steam for enuf time so that she can complete her challenge!!

Jhanak misbehavior with Ani is more like trying to keep him away. She feels like he went out of way due to her problem. He and family went through so much due to her. So basically its like protection. On the other hand Ani is always trying to protect Jhanak. Both are trying to protect each other in their own ways. It looks disrespectful as if he is her punching bag but that's not true.

The audiences get irritated with her because of her attitude towards money career. She doesn't act practical. The only person who guides her properly she argues with him. So even she is having good intentions it looks bad.

If we watch it regularly i dont think we get that opinion.

When we random watch it takes different meanings .Initially me too was feeling bad that Anirudh is bashed by Jhanak always . But when i started it regularly i know both are doing things to keep each other safe .

I cannot have the same opinion as you all that she is trying to keep him safe. It seems to me that she doesn't want advice or direction because she feels she knows it all.

For me, self-respect is something that preserve your interests and well-being. It is ego that makes her so uncaring about money and so unwilling to learn Or consider other perspective.

Yes Anita , each of us have different perspective and that makes our discussions lively.

For me the thought that she is doing it for his well being to keep him away from the mess Arshi gives him and the entirely family comes from the fact that , she was ready to go with Tejas for Anirudh's well being that too twice.The speech that she gave on stage , and she even said how she has lot of respect for Anirudh to Choton in the hospital .

They dont give monologues to Jhanak and so we have to make our own assumptions .

But yes she doesnt try anything for her career and simply says self respect ...

Didnt know if Jhanak should be expressing it the way as she hates Anirudh is no clue for me.

May be the briefing was such nad the director is happy with that .

Lets see how they shape the story further.
