I agree but the thing is It's not a scene to scene copy in yrkkh season 4, it's the plot which is copied.

Whereas in TMD, it's scene to scene copy from heroine getting cramps, to being taken to hospital, then call from orphanage that kidnappers ladki ko bus mein le Jaa rahe hain, then father in law death (similar to neil death) , then miscarriage, heroine 's mother in law blaming her, hero divorcing/throwing heroine out of house, heroine in white dress climbs bus, doesn't have money to pay to conductor, then Acha aadmi Diljit (Abhinav 's role) enters.
