I'll talk about today's episode and the RuNak face off!
I think this was written amazingly because this was a convo where you couldn't side with 1 character - throughout this conversation I felt like clapping for both Ani & Jhanak at different times and knocking them on the head (I was literally rolling my eyes saying will you shut up now?)
Like Jhanak clipping back at Ani was valid today - she asked the right questions - why does he care? Why does he want to see her succeed? Her anger at him bringing her here and then being subject to nothing but insults was also valid.
After being asked if she slept with him, she wants to put a bridge between them I guess! Not just a line! 🤣😁
Ani hit the nail on the head when he said everyone has an aim in life, they want to move ahead - what was hers? He made it crystal clear that he wants her to succeed. But with every time he said that, Jhanak's "but why??" Becomes stronger.
For me Jhanak telling him he is running behind her wasn't anything praise worthy - it wasn't what just what she said, but also the way she said it - I did not enjoy this bit and I know most of you have a different view. Its not just Jhanak, even if it was Chotton who told Ani he is running behind Jhanak, I wouldn't have liked it because that's going to do nothing but to have Ani oppose that and try to cement his relationship with Arshi more.
And then she says she in unsafe with him - I didn't see any other meaning in what she said. She compared him to Tejas, told him he is untrustworthy and now says she feels unsafe with him That's really hitting below the belt and while Ani is no saint and has done mistakes, he surely doesn't deserve this from her. I would be hurt and in disbelief, just like Ani was ( Krushal did an amazing job expressing this here).
Where does all of Jhanak's sassiness go when Tanuja, Arshi and Bipasha corner her and talk so vilely to her.
That line that Jhanak said about her behaviour, her character and saying her bloodline is like that - it showed very clearly how much every time someone says that, it tears the girl apart - as it would! And here I would have liked Ani to atleast say I don't have control on what others say but I don't think that way. That would have been good! And could have shut her up for 2 seconds maybe! 🤷♀️
Ani, dude, what was the need to call her names?! What was the need to talk shiz about her when she is there to your fiance - how would the girl ever take whatever good you are doing for her at face value if you keep flipping this way - you behave in 1 way with her and in a totally different way in front of others.
It's also hilarious how both of them keep saying their marriage was an accident and it was fake, but they both get so worked up when the other talks of someone else as their partner! You idiots, look in the mirror!
But this was one hell of a well written and well performed scene. I enjoy these kinda scenes where the actors elevate what is written on paper. And by actors, I mean Krushal! Because once again I found Krushal nail this while Hiba was kinda meh! That's just my opinion! 🤷♀️🤷♀️
I definitely think Anirudh will marry Jhanak again in front of everyone for real this time rather than letting her marry Tejas - major drama ahead, and I'm seated for that! This is getting interesting!
Precap - who the hell died and made Srishti Arshi PR manager? This is going to backfire so badly - 1. Everyone loves a rag to riches story
2. Arshi's classist "maids don't deserve good things" persona in going to come fully out on display and which brand would like to be associated with her? 🤣🤣🤣
