Full court drama

What a clownery they made not only today but this entire court drma. But ITV has some limitations I guess.

This whole case drama is only for to show that abhira is against daadi. Abhira wanted to give justice to poor. But daadi name was involved. Family and armaan went against her is pretty normal . Armaan and abhira ki personal life me bi issues aaye bcoz she was against daadi.

First, news of case got flashed. Abhira told them about case. And fight and exchange of ego, taunts, anger, attitude, tears, and what not

Daily saying to armaan that daadi is culprit. She was sure of daadi involvement but expected Armaan to support her. She read his case file and question his morality. She questioned him like he is saving a murderer. And then being upset that armaan didn't support her this time.

But ya her focus was on point. She was fighting the case for poor public but not against any person appear as culprit. She tolerated their taunts, drama, and just had focus on the case. 👏

Armaan

I suppose what a man can do in such situation. I mean he got a work to save his daadi first. But his wife stood against him. He tried to make her understand that his family is not of any gunnda or criminals.

He got the proof to save his daadi( voice record). He was sure of his victory.

But his wife and entire family made it battle ground. Daadi put bet to leave her study if lost. Bhabhiji trying to tell him to ignore his wife. 🤦.

Then his wife got accident. He tried to put some water in the issue. But his wife didn't agree ( I didn't find any of them in fault for that).

He tried to take care of his wife and preparing the case. But his wife went through important papers and questions him. So he said to stay away for a few days for case only

Then next day, file got stolen. He didn't listen to her. Put her credibility on doubt.

He got so hurt with that thought ki abhira cheated him. Then uski biwi left home at night 2 o clock..

He couldn't search her. His family is against his wife. He is saying sorry to them. .

What a clowenery I felt that biwi came as opponent and started taking his daadi side. 😂😂😂

She herself defend daadi. Proved the guilty person in court. Got all praises from her boss.

And Husband is looking and thinking like

What is happening dude.

What I feel that

Abhira was a defence lawyer and prosecutor both. Armaan went to court like a family person in support of his daadi. To save her from stones. To just stand their bcoz koi name Dena tha court me.

Ek unqualified non advocate is fighting case. And senior advocate doesn't even go through what she found out.

In ITV no matters how much qualified a ML is. He is a clown only when FL is taking the front lead.

My understanding is that Dev’s firm did not lose the case. Kaveri Poddar was the prime accused in the case but they themselves proved that the actual arsonist was someone else. The builder will go behind bars and he will face consequences. There will be justice for the slum dwellers. However, I believe that Kaveri Poddar needs to take moral responsibility for what happened and at least try and compensate the slum dwellers for their loss of homes and property. I must admit that I have not watched Season 3 and gave up on Season 2 midway. I was intrigued by the Naksh-Keerti track and watched bits and pieces of that alone. Anyway, if Rajan Shahi cannot even be bothered to have a good writing team in place, I don’t see the purpose of extending this show. He should have just shut shop if he had lost interest!

No dear, although they themselves proved that builder is the culprit, but builder pe alag se case chalega & then Dev’s firm can win the case against builder. But here it was a clear case of villagers VS Kaveri Poddar, which they lost as Kaveri is proved innocent.

Although they didn’t lose completely, this case was a clear victory for Poddars only.
