I know a few people who are divorce and remarried (in india)

In that one guy he was divorce with daughter

Daughter stays with her mom and comes to visit dad once a year 2-3 days

Father never goes to meet daughter in ex wife home although from last 10 years they all live same city

Yes if her birthday there, father takes her to hotel and celebrates by food and cutting cake. Than gives gifts and send her off

The person second wife is widow with a son

Son was studying when his mom married this man so he stay with mom only and second father (this man) but he do not call him dad by name like shahs called anuj or buddy (bbecause he say for him dad is only his dead father he cannot give that place to anyone else which this man okkk)

Now son after 10 years working and married and taken his own home moved out

Daughter not married stays with first wife only all these years 15 years from divorce

Now 2 years back first wife married a husband hes a divorcee with 3 adult kids they all study or work and live own life do not stay with father in diff cities or countrys only holiday come to meet dad 1 month a year

So now first wife shift to second hubby house but lived 15 years of divorce alone in her daed parents home (before mom was alive than died, dad anyways died bec he felt son in law betrayed his daughter in his 50s only. If daughter comes home with 5-6 year old daughter any dad will feel betrayed by son in law only no) never met or went to first hubby house

They never had major fights just that this guy is a law guy always busy at work 16 hours they drifted apart as hes always busy work work work

Mans first wife never go to ex hubby house where his 2nd wife stays not once in last 15 years after divorce even when he had not done 2nd marriage

Also first wife daughter does not call her second mom son as bhaiya or he as behen they have no relationship as such

If they meet socially somewhere they just say hello how are you and thats it no relationship at all both first wife and second wife have no relationship at all except if socially meet they smile and say hi.

Husband family very friendly with first wife and daughter do not like second wife as such very formal

They invite daughter and first wife all family functions but she rarely goes sends daughter only

Husband has not one day gone to wife parents house to meet her or daughter ever

First wife never went to first hubby daughters fathers house ever 15 years

Shes very much respected for that by hubby family and society too (neighbours)

Thats how a divorce happens thats how people in real world behave not like anupama and anuj and shahs

Yes and this man is super rich he do not give one rupee to first wife as she refused alimony she works and take care of her small daughter from 15 years okkk

And she stays in her father house which her dad left for her in will at death

Her other siblings all live in other houses (own earned houses)

Ohh i forgot about the hubby wife elder son he decided to stay with dad not mom unlike sister

They had a 13 year old on and 5 year old daughter at divorce okk so son decided to stay with dad

Now hes married and big enough and stayed with his father till he married and than shifted out

He do not keep much touch with his mom or sister hes more in love with dad actually (or his wealth)

Mom never went to hubby house to see her son ever

They only meet in birthday or some gathering he do not want his mom or sister(like toshu no responsibility)

The son has no relation with mom and sister as such. Now after his mom married second his step dad has called him to meet them on festivals few times

So thats how its similar to vanraj marrying kavya and anuj marrying anupama and anupama having kids in hubby house and daughter with her

Son wife only visit with grand daughter to mom house sometimes after wedding to meet mom in law and sis in law (first hubby son)

Here wives do not go back to hubby house to meet own son too after divorce he rarely visits mom and sister as per his wish

and in anupama, people are justifying going to shahs to meet her kids and serving ex hubby like wife and ex in laws like current family making food etc

anupama has destroyed kavya life by not allowing her to go close to vanraj and shahs

anupama still acts like vanraj wife and shahs bahu

In society no one respect such woman who go every day to ex hubby house when you are married to 2nd one

I also have an elderly couple who got divorced after many years of marriage. Their kids were very young then. Inspite of having a rough marriage they respected each other's boundaries. Yes she was cordial with her in-laws but never went to live there even as a guest. In family functions and wedding too she used to come as a guest not bahu. They did not get married but still peaceful and content with their lives

First time I'm seeing after divorce anupama living with in-laws just after ex got married knowing very well that would effect their relationship.

After getting divorce, AND getting married again you have no relationship with your x, y, z's

With regard to Anupama, asked this multiple times none seems to answer or rather avoids it.

What was the emergency that the adult, married "kids" of Anupama had that she had to go to Shah House evèy other day?

In Anupama also everyone wanted to maintain boundaries except Anupama. Howmany times Vanraj Baa Toshu Pakhi asked her to not come everyday and be happy in her second marriage. How many times Anuj MD Barkha asked her to not go shah house on daily basis and spend times with Anuj CA.

There are a saying if you someone’s home daily you will never gets respect there. Something like that.
