I liked the Chakravarti samrat better than this BS smiley36. I dun think they will ever show his personality according to historical records. They want romanticize everything smiley36

Why can't he be shown as a neglected child and prince which shaped his personality and he became ambitious wanting respect. He probably lived with Devi to make a family that if he died in power struggle atleast his family would be hidden in Vidisha. 🙄 Well that's just an assumption.

The actors have been given directions like that as Chetan said. Possibly the director wants to insult the characters 😡

I actually watched CSA before the leap.

Ioved Dharma , chanakya and Sidharth Nigam.

I am feeling bad to write this that Siddharth was better than adnaan in portraying AShock.

So in serials they might want to exaggerate his character instead of showing him accurately for entertainment; since he is highly regarded makers might not want to depict his real character imo. These serials are very specific and attract certain type of audience. Channel might want to attract general audience by adding drama and romticization elements.

So if we want to see the history in its real sense I think web platform is ideal. They also can show the real depiction of Ashoka through movies. I would love if they could show actual Ashoka in other platfroms.
