You are right everything is done by writers. If we want to think why Armaan had panic attack I can only think of the exhaustion that he is facing has contributed to it .Not just the fear that Ruhi will again be unhappy if she gets to marry an unwanted life partner.

Here they can't portray ar manav conversation so they used dehydration as a excuse to avoid conversation between them

Well then they should show it as exhaustion. Build it up like that..show him looking tired even before he leaves and Abhira or Vidya telling him kuch khalo, thoda rest lo. They way they shot the scene, he looks completely fit and fine, not tired or sleep deprived or hypoglycemic until he starts thinking about Ruhi-Manav rishta which gave him palpitations and tremors.

It is my viewpoint that Abhira could have avoided or handled the conversation differently.
And about your point that Abhira knows the meaning of loss best, I would disagree .Loss of a mother and loss of a child is quite different.

Vidya is a flipper no doubt but today I felt Abhira need not say those words to her. No one can feel a mother's pain who has lost a child and we should talk carefully on sensitive topics.
