I think Armaan doesn't want Ruhi to get married after seeing Vidya's outburst with factors like Ruhi guilt tripping him, Being pendulum, Armaan might not be willing to see her moving because of any other reason. Arman's thought process should be clear by now but isn't.

I would say he is selfish when it comes to his mother or family..

He would want ruhi to stay because vidya wants so and ruhi also wants so.. Because she needs time to move on.. But as far as she is around armaan she will never move on..

I think after meeting Manav he will change his mind and encourage Roohi to get married..but ultimately leave the decision to her only
