Hmm..I saw those posts but he seems to be active on insta recently and zindagi is posting and collaborating with Sarah and others but not billal so was wondering if there was something else behind the scenes.

I think he has been pretty inactive on insta for a month. Only some random stories or a post in 6-7 days and he seems to have shared more about abdullahpur than IM recently. I guess IVs will also have to do with availability and actors are paid to do promotions. Zee might not want to spend more money on a project that has been in the dungeon for 4yrs. If bilal gives an iv now obviously people will ask more questions about IM than abdullahpur and it might get unnoticed in the process.
