This is what they wanted to show but the execution failed- this scene needed not to be rushed to convince audience of this exact impact.

Imagine watching it On TV - before one think or understand-it is done. TV audience is not going to rewind n rethink.

May be they know what turn the story will take and doesn’t want the lead pair to be too popular like gen3 and the OG show. So people can easily accept both Armaan and Abhira with other partners if and when the plot has to do that.

Yeah i recently started feel so...

That they want to keep their options open..

They themselves are not sure about AbhiMaan as end couple..

They were,when it started,AbhiMaan had very detailed and meaningful scenes which definetely would have made audiences attatched to them..

But now their scenes are very rushed and superficial so that emotions can't be shown and interpreted..

And I can clearly notice the change started from that button scene stitching scene..

After that AbhiMaan scenes started to be very rushed and losing their meaning or if nkt that ruhi getting almost same scenes as Abhira.

Armaan behaviour also becoming almost similar to both ru and ab...

Even yuvraaj track played out in between but it was just a time pass...

Aur one thing can be seen was abhira's attatchment to poddar family..

Nothing substantial for AbhiMaan..

So they changed their strategy after button stitching scene..

But today's Ar-Ru scene,it seem like they again went before tht button stitching scene equation..

So writers are penduluming....they are testing the waters and its not hard to guess..

Becoz its easy to gauge sm reaction but for trp audiences they releases promos and trps are only way...

Button stitching se yaad aya- the behek rahe jazbat promo.

May be that is at play. Audience thought Ruhi ke jazbaat beheke the but Armaan ke b thode to affect hue hae us hug ke baad.

Bas Abhira ka bura feel karna is not fitting in.

Abhira’s sudden change in behavior suggests her changed feelings but again they never gave insight-

Like she involves herself in family matter suddenly

Cares for Armaan proactively- before she had to be asked

Was pissed at Ruhi’s interference in her and Armaan matter too

Was sad leaving family n Armaan when Yuvraj came. See how she talks n handles Dadi sa- totally changed attitude. Has not done badbad for a while (I love n miss no badbad no gadbad Abhira though)

There is Steep change in Abhira.

(Also Armaan telling her dont do Abhira wali harkat was disappointing in the sense that he has failed to notice this huge change in her. He still refers her as immature to Ruhi. Even she was confused what he meant)

This behavior change only means she is slowly feeling for Armaan. Again what she asked him yesterday- ITV history me aise questions wo raise karte hae who are starting to feel that and want to know n then turn it into a joke. (OG vada boi did that- was one of the best scene), Here everything was rushed so hard to gauge but it could also be that it is Abhira who is falling for Armaan.

As much as I dont want it- it is most natural, she is alone, he is her only support. She always craved family and now slowly getting acceptance n trying too.
And Armaan supports her a lot and cares for her too- so it is only understandable that she fall for him. Her constant I will leave can be defence mechanism to remind her self.

But again- she also is not given any dialogues so hard to say that is the case. This will help makers to move plots around easily in future.

IF that’s the case then why can’t they bring in a new lead for Abhira bcoz Arman obviously is not a good choice for her anymore . The way he’s going hot and cold with his ex since day 1 of their marriage it’s not possible to call him a Green flag anymore for Abhira . He’s not worth it . There’s no need of any brewing pyar between the so-called leads . Most fans will be ok as long as Abhira gets happy and successful in her own life . Rubi and Arman story doesn’t really attract viewers anymore and I guess the trp drop kinda indicates that . I stopped watching on Hulu for sometime now .Some insta clips do the job for me . That way I get to skip jeth bhabhi endless boring scenes
