Funnily enough, the 1 who plays the Sultan, he played Onur, aka the original Turkish version of Viaan Raghuvanshi, Adnan played as in Katha Ankahee.

Also, I'd like to see a picture of those moon-shaped earrings. Also why were those earrings called significant or mentioned as if they were important?

There is no picture of those rings obviously, it's mentioned as a folklore. Yavana courtesans in later era used to wear such type of earrings. It held significance because his name was Chandragupta (moon protected). It meant his this wife was very dear to him and protected by him. Hurrem and Suleiman can be a good example minus her villainous portrayal and being chief queen. Helena was never Chief Queen. His chief queen was first Durdhara and later an unnamed queen whom we don't know anything about. Helena was joyful, childish and only wanted comfort, she wasn't after the crown like it's often portrayed. She was a homemaker and behaved as such and therefore he felt a lot easy with her. Also her being beautiful and young added to their relationship and their kids made their bond tighter. Still no one could take place of Durdhara. She was someone whom he loved the most and her son, Bindusara was very dear to him. Tv serials and novels making Durdhara as Nand Nandini is an insult to real Durdhara and Nandini. Both queens had their own story and independent relationships with him. Mixing them is atrocious. Durdhara was his childhood best friend, his lover, his wife and mother of his successor. She died young but always lived in his heart 😢
