No there’s a chance that he might be Abhir … it just may come out that they had adopted a boy … who was rescued from a natural disaster … and who did not remember much about his childhood .. traumatised…

the family moved to America… we will see how he behaves when he sees Manish n suwarna .. this guy is a doctor
