Yes.. Jatin as veer has definitely come to an end.

In the Last 2 interviews he gave also, he subtly mentioned how he'll miss the TMD family if he leaves.

I think he's quiting to learn music. In his last interview with TV times in the 'Whats in my phone' segment he said it.. if he leaves the show, he'll learn classical music.
