I don't take armaan's dialogues seriously neither with abhira nor with ruhi. Banda according to situation bolta hain, jo woh abhira ke saamne bolta hain woh ruhi ke saamne nahi bolta & vice versa, jiss din woh dono ke saamne haq ya zimmedaari pe decide karega, that day only I will trust his words.

Even I feel the same, armaan till last will be like she is my zimmedaari & ruhi will be like "no armaan she is your soulmate. Tum uske bina nahi reh paoge, maine khud mehsoos kiya hain kaise hota hata hain apne soulmate ke bina rehna, maine kaise toh karke khud ko sambhal liya but trust me tum khud ko nahi sambhal paoge"

His repeated zimmedaari dialogue to ruhi ka 2 reasons ho sakte hain, ruhi might be the one to realise armaan abhira ko zimmedaari bolta hain but she is much more than that to him ya ruhi yehi sentence repeat karegi when they have a confrontation about abhira & abhira will overhear it & soulmates ka pata chalega (though I doubt abhira ko pata chalega, valentines day ke baad ab holi pe concentrate kar rahi hoon mein, kya pata cvs uss din bhi mera moye moye kar de just like Valentine's day)

N I want to know how is yuvi spying on abhira but I'm 100% sure they won't reveal it. Yuvraj gaya yeh raaz bhi uske saath gaya. We will have to assume shayad phuphasa ne kuch kiya hain else even if Yuvraj is out of picture he can still spy on her everyday & get details of poddars whereabouts, until his next return.

One shouldn't take any scene without context. Handholding with Ruhi was desperation to help him out. Don't we have such scenes in every itv or bollywood cinema where the protagonist would even hold the villain's hand and beg for the safety of his/her dear ones?

Sorry and ear holding is very normal. Itni chhoti chhoto baaton ka rai ka pahad nahi banate.

To give some solace to your heart I have a few points:

Armaan understands Abhira's silence while in Ruhi's case she has to spell out word by word still he doesn't understand hee at times and gets guilt-tripped.

His faith in Abhira is so strong that even when evidence points otherwise he refuses to believe she is at fault. Aaj ka hi scene dekhlo. He refused to believe that Abhira could get drunk, break the pots and insult Dadisa.

If Abhira was mere zimmedari then he wouldn't have cared so much when Abhira refused to divulge into what was bothering her. Aadmi 1-2 baar puchta hai uske baad rehne deta hai. Zimmedari mein you respect boundaries. You don't intervene into personal space. He doesn't give a damn about personal space or boundaries when it comes to Abhira (I don't mean just physical proximity here).

Remember the time when Abhira kept pestering him about chitwali he rebuked her saying 'you need to respect boundaries' 'gun point pe secret nahi ugalwate' but yesterday he ended up doing the exact opposite!

He was desperate to know whom she was talking to! What was bothering her. He even invaded her personal space to the point he literally caged her! Talk about plain 'zimmedari'

My doubts are different,

Will armaan ruhi get toffee tomorrow for helping abhira (abhira saved vidya?? When??, ohh she got kidnapped because of abhira only so no toffee for that)

What will be manisha chachi & madhav papa's reaction after armaan ruhi brings abhira back home. These two always had issues with armaan-ruhi equation

Will we still get to see abhira ruhi arguments over South Indian vs North indian food, puja vs party n all, after all ruhi risked her life to save abhira

Rehne diya hoga cos use pata hain abhira uske paas aane waali hain, toh socha nahi hoga ke woh kisi ko kuch batayegi, he even asked her not to inform anybody.

Armaan didn't say ki abhira responsibility hai. The question was to choose her over family or not.

What he said that Family uske liye sb kuch hai and abhira k liye armaan sb kuch hai.

Jis din armaan ko pyaar hoga, he will be able to decide clearly.

Muje lgta hai is season me armaan khud ek din family ko chodega. May be for his real mother. But don't expect much. And actually armaan ka koi aur ni, that's y question was between daadi and abhira.

Daadi means full family, name of poddar, bda beta hone ka haq, etc.

See there are many shows,series where either male lead and female lead have prior love interests but for the protagonists story,there are always some things which differentiate them from earlier interest..

But sorry to say its very difficult to point out that difference as someone said armaan dialogue are situation specific...with ruhi different with abhira different..

Aur itv ka rule hai ki yahan jo dikhaya jaye bola jaye use trust karo rather than decoding becoz yahan likhe hue dialogues ka bharosa nhi they change,decoding kar ke toh disappointment ka pahad tut padega mujhe..

Na re baba na....yeh glti nhi krungi...

They don't want to declare armaan in love that's y armaan abi bi responsibility, I m only one for abhira, abhira ki study, jaise logical baaton me baat ghuma deta hai.
